Have you ever been to Ireland?

Unfortunately, we haven't.

So, what if we create the Ireland for ourselves like they do it in Dubai:

Just imagine, how much efforts and cost it would take to build the "third Ireland". Still, it will be geographically bound and you'll have to take airplane to get there. Do you say that it would be absolutely useless? You have the point!

Still, we WILL build the Ireland. How come? Just try a few guesses! :)
